Our firm has represented and currently represents various clients in a wide variety of complex real estate deals, with the help of rich experience, which allows the firm’s team to support and facilitate engagement in complex real estate deals that sometimes seem impossible to carry out.
The firm has extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial real estate deals, starting from the preliminary stage of debating whether to make a deal to the final stage of registering the rights of the buyers of the apartments/units in the project. The firm’s clients benefit from the gained experience gained of our firm, both with the various authorities,
the planning authorities, the land registration authorities and the tax authorities, offering close support even in business decisions related to real estate trading.
The firm deals with and accompanies clients in all fields of property and real estate, including representing entrepreneurs in various types of deals, complex purchases, planning real estate deals on a commercial, planning, ownership and taxation level.
Our firm specializes in accompanying and promoting urban renewal projects of all types (strengthening and densification of construction, National Outline Plan 38 demolition and rebuilding, construction and eviction) after accompanying dozens of projects all over the country, including representation in complex planning procedures before appeals committees and courts and in procedures against opponents before land registry supervisors.
Commercial Law
Our firm accompanies many clients in the establishment of various types of associations, including companies and/or partnerships, as well as in the drafting of the constitutional documents of corporations, including agreed regulations and/or shareholder agreements.
The firm has extensive experience in drawing up contractual agreements of various types for the establishment and initiation of business ventures in diverse fields such as real estate, industrial ventures, high-tech and a host of other fields.
When making agreements between partners and/or shareholders in a corporation and/or in a deal, taxation issues and the relationship between the parties must be given utmost importance in extreme scenarios of disputes that cannot be mediated and/or business failure in order to maintain the continuity of the business activity despite the disputes.
Therefore, it is of utmost importance to think and plan the business activity and the challenges that may arise as a result of business disputes between the partners.
Trading outside of Israel
Our firm represents companies and individual businessmen in business activities outside of Israel.
The legal representation and accompaniment is accompanied by contact with the legal advisors in the destination country, taxation advisors in Israel and the formulation of the outline of the deal and its implementation based on Israeli law and the law in the destination country.
Our firm has extensive experience in carrying out various types of deals and engagements with Israeli companies and businessmen abroad and with businessmen or companies from abroad, which is based, among other things, on acquaintances and cooperation with leading lawyers in the various European countries and the Far East.
